Box Lacrosse
Box lacrosse is an indoor version of lacrosse played inside the boards of a hockey rink. But box lacrosse is so much more than that. Played with 5 players on each side plus a goalie, 4 foot by 4-foot nets, and inside the confines of a hockey rink, box lacrosse challenges and improves upon every aspect of a player’s game. The greatest coaches and players in the lacrosse world all agree, one of the best ways to get better at lacrosse, is to play box lacrosse.
