Virtual Training

The season starts now!

TUNE IN to the YETI Virtual Training Sessions. 

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from May 11 - June 4

The YETI Virtual Training sessions will include live strength & conditioning workouts, injury prevention
movements, skill based drills and team-based practice plans. 

Lacrosse position specific Chalk Talks are also going to be scheduled throughout the virtual season.


YETI Virtual Training uses the
ZOOM Platform

You need an internet connected Computer or Phone to participate in Virtual Training

MAY: 18,19,20,21
MAY: 25,26,27,28
JUN: 1,2,3,4

TIME:
Youth: 3p - 3:45p
HS: 4p - 4:45p

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Athletic Clothes
Lacrosse Stick
Water Bottle

SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
Give yourself 6-10 sqft of space to participate. 
You can be indoors or outdoors
