PART 1: Financial Responsibility Consent
We honor the financial commitment made by our parent/guardian(s) by securing a team or roster position. By providing full payment at the time of registration and/or maintaining a payment plan offered by YETI Lacrosse in good standing, the participant has full rights to all of the opportunities of play & support. Having an outstanding balance or unpaid fees may jeopardize the ability of athlete(s) to participate
1. Financial Responsibility
1.1. Maintaining Good Standing on your YETI Lacrosse LeagueApps accounts
1.2. Outstanding balances and failed credit card payments should be dealt with immediately.
1.3. Email notifications are sent to the address attached to your LeagueApps account when any issue is detected.
2. Online Payments
2.1. Full, Payment Plan and Invoicing Payments must be paid using your online account through LeagueApps. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment

PART 2: Financial Assistance Policy
We recognize that lacrosse is an expensive sport to play. As part of the YETI Mission Statement, we make every effort to enable any child wishing to play lacrosse, the ability to play. We YETI will make every effort to assist families and athletes in need of financial support. (Scholarship)
1. Program Rules
1.1. YETI has a limited budget for scholarships therefore offers of assistance may be different than the requested amount.
1.2. Financial Assistance is granted on a case by case basis
1.3. As the parent/guardian responsible for the athletes in which I am the parent or legal guardian I understand and agree that I;
1.5. IMPORTANT: Confidentiality must be upheld. Families discussing discounts with other families may forfeit the scholarship or assistance that was given.
1. Financial Assistance Offered
1.1. ADJUSTING REGISTRATION COSTS – The cost of playing lacrosse for a single season.
1.2. PAYMENT PLAN ALTERATION – Adjusting the due dates for registration fees.
1.3. CREATING SPECIAL PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS – Alteration of due dates or deadlines.
2.Financial Assistance Guidelines
2.1. All registrants MUST pay the initial down payment for the season.
2.2. A Statement of need must be submitted via the YETI Financial Assistance Web Site
2.3. Families must be experiencing financial difficulties that would prevent the athlete from participating with YETI
2.4. Any expenses other than the season registration cost such as uniforms or other costs will be exempt from the financial assistance given.
2.5. Financial assistance may only be granted two times per athlete [other circumstances may apply]
3. Submitting a Financial Assistance Request
3.1. Online Request Form
3.2. ALL financial assistance requests must be submitted via the online Request Form that is located on the YETI Website.
3.3. Requests that not submitted via the online request form will not be considered.
4. Giving Back
4.1. Scholarship recipients may be asked to ‘give back’ to the program in any number of ways.
4.2. All scholarship recipients are expected to fully participate in the season that financial assistance was given including all practices, tournaments and events.
PART 3: Refund (Credit) Policy
YETI Lacrosse budgets and programs are built each season using registration data. (full and deposit). If a player opts to not play or the player has an injury during the season that prevents them from playing, the costs do not change. Therefore, generally, there are NO REFUNDS granted within the YETI Lacrosse program. Refunds are. processed and redeemed as Credit to your account.
Credit requests are handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed approval.
1. Submitting a Credit Request
1.1. Must be made to the YETI via the online request form. [Link on website].
1.2. Credits can be requested for payments that were made online or offline.
1.3. Fees and costs that are NOT refundable.
1.4. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all issued refunds.
1.5. Uniform Fees and costs that are incurred regarding uniforms are non-refundable.
1.6. Season Deposit Costs (unless season was paid in full at time of registration and a refund is approved).
1.7. Any transaction fees that YETI Lacrosse incurred during your initial transaction or the refund process.
PART 4: Discount Policy
YETI Lacrosse offers discounts that can be granted with respect to multiple siblings participating in the program during the same seasons.
Other discounts may be granted on a case by case basis as defined below.
1. Sibling Discount
1.1. The registration fees for a family that registers more than 2 athletes during a single season will be discounted as follows.
1.1.1. 50% off any athletes that are registered after the first 2 athletes are registered at the full cost of the season being registered for.
1.2. The discount applies to the lowest registration fee (should there be a difference)
1.3. Before you register, you must request a sibling discount code from YETI Staff
2. Volunteer Discount
2.1. YETI Lacrosse often has tasks, events or planning that is considered overbearing to the administrative staff (i.e. uniform distribution, working tournaments, organizing tournament parent plans and meeting locations) – In those cases, parents (or guardians) that volunteer their time to help can be offered a discount to the current or upcoming season.
2.2. Volunteer discounts are given on a case by case basis.
3. Friends of YETI
3.1. The program is often in need of persons with specific skill sets that can assist with in any of the following areas; Accounting, Marketing, Data Analysis, Web Design and others.
3.2. Friends of YETI discounts are given on a case by case basis.
The YETI Financial Responsibility & Assistance Policy is designed to ensure that our parents/guardians keep their financial obligations or provide temporary financial support for athletes in the community that want to participate in the YETI Lacrosse Program but do not have the financial resources to do so.
